As a metropolis, CDMX offers a multitude of activities and considerations to make the most of your trip. Here's a guide with tips for your trip to Mexico City, places to visit, and what to eat:

Rent a car in CDMX and explore nearby attractions like a day trip to Teotihuacán, an ancient site with impressive pyramids.

Know the Driving Rules: Familiarize yourself with the city's driving rules, drive safely, and avoid fines. Remember, MEX Rent a Car is here to assist you 24/7.

Emergency Numbers: Always carry emergency contact numbers with you. Safety is essential, and our team is ready to help whenever needed.

Bring Cash: Many street food vendors only accept cash. Don't miss out on the delicious treats you can find while exploring the city. If you're not accustomed to street food, try it little by little.

Visit in Spring: CDMX in Spring has beautiful blooming trees, perfect for exploring the city's beauty.

To save time and avoid traffic frustration, we recommend not traveling during busy times. These busy times are from 7:00-9:00 AM and 6:00-8:00 PM.

Book your hotel in advance: Secure your lodging before arrival to take advantage of great hotel promotions available online.

Plan to maximize time and avoid wasting moments deciding daily activities during your trip.

Don't drink tap water: In Mexico, tap water is not potable. Stick to bottled water or filtered water to stay hydrated during your adventures.
