SHUTTLE / ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Upon arrival, please proceed to Exit Door Number 5, turn to your right and walk 20 meters so you can see the shuttle bus area where our black Shuttle Van with the MEX logo be waiting for you. You can also call 302 1141 11400 for more instructions.
RULES
All customers should present the following documents in order to proceed with the rental:
- Official ID (INE or Passport).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Credit Card.
A charge of $30.00 USD will apply for pick up and drop off after business hours, which is between 21:00 to 08:00 hours.
All renters and drivers must present a valid drivers license at the rental counter. For NON-EUROPEAN countries apart from national driving license we also need INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
A charge of $4.00 USD per day plus taxes applies for each additional driver.
AGE
Minimum age is 21 and the maximum is 65.
EQUIPMENT
GPS units are available upon request at $6.00 USD each, per day plus taxes. Child Seats are available upon request at $7.00 USD each, per day plus taxes.
GAS
Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of rental to avoid refueling charges.
GEOGRAPHIC
Vehicle cannot cross the border to other countries.
MILEAGE
Unlimited for rentals of 3 days or more. One and two days rentals have limited mileage. If renting for 1 or 2 days, please ask for the cost per mile at the counter.
INSURANCE & WAIVERS

ONE-WAY
One-way rentals are available, a drop-off charge may apply.
PAYMENTS
The following are accepted for rental payment: Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners).
DEPOSIT RULES
An additional credit card approval will be required in addition to the estimated total for the rental. The deposit amount will depend the vehicle and insurance selected. Deposits can go from $700.00 to $4,500.00 USD.
PRE-PAY
Mex Rent a Car Greece reserves the right not to deliver the vehicle if it considers that the driver is not able to drive or if driver does not comply with the rules described on these terms, even if the booking has been pre-paid. Therefore, it is very important that you familiarize the terms and the documents that need to be presented at pick up. For more information, please contact us at +52 (33) 4624 2114.
SMOKING
We rent NON Smoking Vehicles. If the vehicle is return with smell of smoke, a cleaning charge will apply.
TOLL ROADS AND FEES
Customer will be fully responsible for tolls if any.
EXCHANGE RATE
Due fluctuations on the currency exchange rate, have in mind that the total charged on your credit card might differ from the total displayed on our website. The difference (if any) will depend on the currency exchange rate between the moment when the booking was made and the moment when the charge is reflected on your credit card statement. On the event we have to refund any amount to your account, we will refund the exact same amount charged originally and we will not be responsible for any currency fluctuation that may occur and that results in a higher or lower refund than the one expected.
CANCELLATIONS
If your booking was confirmed through the website www.mexrentacar.com or through our Call Center at +52 (33) 4624 2114, please use the same channel to request your cancellation. If your booking was confirmed through a third-party website (broker, online travel agency, etc.) please use the same third-party website to request your cancellation. Some third-party sites have cancellation fees if the booking is not cancelled within certain period of time. Mex Rent a Car will not be responsible for such cancellation fees.
