How to rent a car?

Step 1: Online booking

Using our website, you can book your car by entering data such as the pick-up location and the pick-up and drop-off dates. 

The next thing you should do is select the vehicle of your choice.

Our stock includes Cars, Suv’s, Van’s or Special Cars. After you have selected the car, you will be able to add the insurance coverage and accessories of your preference.

You must fill out the last part of the booking with the following information: Full name, email, phone number, driving license number, country of origin, state, flight number and airline with which you will travel (If applies).

Step 2: Delivery and payment 

After filling out the data online, you must go to the Mex Rent a Car office on the pick-up date and present the following documents: ID or Passport, Credit Card and a Valid Driving License. 

Lastly, the payment must be done directly at the Mex Rent a Car office.
