RENTER QUALIFICATION

Renters must present a valid driver's license and a major credit card at the time of rental. International renters must present a valid driver's license as well as a valid passport. Proof of FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE (collision and liability) that will transfer to the Rental Unit MUST be provided at the time of rent. Otherwise, Renter MUST purchase Collision Coverage at the time of Rental. Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as they had at the pick-up time in order to avoid a refueling surcharge. The fee is $8.99 USD per gallon needed. ACE has initiated an enhanced inspection process to ensure a pleasant rental experience for all. Each vehicle will be confirmed as smoke free when it is provided to a customer. Upon its return, it will be inspected. If the rental vehicle is not returned in a reasonably clean condition or if you violate the no pet or smoking policy, you may be charged $350.00 USD or more for cleaning fees, plus any interior repairs that are needed as a result of a policy violation. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Vehicles are held up to 4 hours past the arrival time on your reservation during operating hours. When flight details are provided, we will hold the vehicle for up to 4 hours after flight arrival. After the 4 hour window, you will be considered a no-show and we may or may not be able to honor your reservation, depending upon availability.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit and debit cards for roundtrip customers. Local customers are limited to major credit card only. Cash is accepted as payment upon return ONLY. Checks and prepaid cards are not accepted. Pay on Arrival Deposit Policies: Credit Card: Secure deposit for estimated rental charges only. Always reconfirm return date/time. Debit Card: Confirm round trip flight itinerary. Secure deposit for estimated rental charges plus $200.00 deposit. Always reconfirm return date/time. Prepaid Vouchers Deposit Policies: Credit Card: Authorize $1.00 only if no extra charges. Take payment for additional services – LDW, upsell, PPG, etc. No added security deposit is required. Debit Card: Secure $200.00 deposit only if no added services. Take payment for additional services – LDW, upsell, PPG, etc + $200.00 deposit. Confirm round trip flight itinerary. Your rental may have mandatory, local insurance requirements that result in additional charges at the time of rental.

YOUNG AND ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

Minimum age to rent is 21. Underage fees apply to drivers between the ages of 21 and 24. The underage fee is $25.00 USD per day. Additional drivers must present a valid drivers license at the time of rent. The Additional Driver fee is $11.00 USD per day. Spouses are included for free.

Vehicles are restricted to Colorado.

LOCAL RENTER REQUIREMENTS

Local customers are limited to major credit card only. Debit cards not allowed. A refundable security deposit of $400.00 USD will be held in addition to the estimated total price at the time of rent. Proof of insurance is not required to rent.

SHUTTLE

Please call (720-845-5004) 15 minutes prior to arrival for shuttle pick up. Denver International Airport. ACE Rent a Car provides courtesy shuttle service to and from Jeppesen Terminal. Shuttles pick-up and drop-off from Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, Island 4, outside doors.Customers will be picked up under the "Off-Airport Rental Car" sign located on Island 4.

GENERAL RULES APPLICABLE TO ALL RENTERS

It is our policy to hold reservations up to four hours beyond the scheduled arrival time, subject to published office hours. If you experience delays, please contact the rental office so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation.

Daily and Weekend rates are for a 24 hour period.

The quoted rate is valid only for the requested vehicle class for the requested dates and times. Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.

Early returns will be charged the regular daily rate, and may not result in a refund.

Transactions are conducted in United States Dollars

Estimated total price includes the vehicle rental (time and mileage) plus applicable taxes and fees. The estimated total price does not include damage waivers, insurance products, special equipment, additional driver fees, driver age surcharges, or any other items not specifically listed in the quotation.
