ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Thank you for choosing Mex Rent A Car St. Vincent. Upon arrival, please call us at 1-784-455-1102 for pick up instructions.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
You can add additional drivers for $7.99 USD per day plus taxes each.

AGE
All clients must be at least 21 years of age and the maximum age permitted is 65. Renters between 21 and 25 must pay an underage fee of $14.99 per day plus taxes.

MILEAGE
The mileage is unlimited.

CANCELLATION
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee in the amount of one rental day. Reservations are guaranteed until an hour and a half after the time booked by the client.

FUEL
Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of rental to avoid refueling charges.

GEOGRAPHIC
The rental units cannot be taken off to other islands. Vehicles cannot cross the borders to another country.

INTERNET RESERVATIONS
Rates that are impacted by a website technical issue, database issue or other means will not be honored by the location if the rate display was inaccurate due to a technical issue or tampering issue to change the rate display.

ONE-WAY
One way rentals are available. A drop charge may apply.

SMOKING
Please do not smoke in any of our vehicles. Our entire fleet has been designated as NON-SMOKING. A charge will apply if any cigarette smoke is detected. 

DEPOSIT RULES
At the time of rental, all clients must pay the total amount due for the rental, as well as a deposit. The deposit can go from $250.00 to $1,500.00 USD depending the vehicle and insurance selected. If no further charges apply, the full corresponding deposit will be refunded. For more information, clients must ask a service representative at the time of rental.

PAYMENT
The following are accepted for payment of the rental: Credit cards, Visa and Mastercard. We do NOT accept cash or travelers checks for any type of payment.
